I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days. Eyes teary I listen to these songs, never forgiving the crimes of the cross! Peikonmieli

"Singularity" hits the spot. The spot of how I generally feel about my city life as it is. Perfect compositions and mastering; no element seems out of place there. It's pretty much balancing on the edge of overdose, in a masterful way. Best crossover metal album so far! Fav tracks: "Resurgence" and "The Final Trance". Hárbrenn
Streamlining their post-metal sprawl through a sharper melodic focus, the Scottish juggernauts' third LP is labyrinthine yet approachable. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 25, 2024

Quite possibly my favourite death/doom album. I choose this album to listen to when I feel like listening to something doomy more often than any other. It's clear that the band put a lot of effort into this album, and that hard work was worth it. Jarak
