aliciakay47 This band is incredibly refreshing, and innovative in a genre that has become rather stale. Grima transports you to the snow covered wilderness of Russia, and leaves you to fend for yourself. It's not your everyday, run-of-the-mill atmospheric black metal. It's truly something more. Their use of various instruments you seldom hear applied to black metal speaks to their level of creativity. 10/10 album!

Jarak Starts off strong, and doesn't weaken throughout. I'd describe this as black metal, but with some clear folk & atmospheric flourishes. Also, perhaps somewhat weirdly, it often quite reminds me of Maeskyyrn's album Interlude. While that sounds strange, it's a compliment to both bands :)

When you enter the blue hell, you are frozen, unable to get out. That ability that this album has to catch you and not let you go is what I applaud the most about this band. One more life experience, but an ordinary experience, an atmospheric and depressing journey, difficult to forget. Frank Román

DSBM at its finest. Oddly calming despite the emotional bleakness of it all; it reminds me of Coldworld’s “Melancholie2” in this respect, though it’s a somewhat harsher and bleaker album than that one. The third track, in particular, is a masterpiece. verdantglade
