After one demo, the nature inspired atmospheric melodic metal one-man-project Solitvdo offers with its debut "Immerso in un bosco di querce" an intense and beautiful piece of art. While being mainly influenced by black metal, Solitydo evolved from it and combines the different genres to one excellent piece of art. You shall experience acoustic passages and cinematic orchestra merged with the essence of metal: pure, authentic and honest music.

I'm really glad to have found this overlooked album. I think it follows the chinese style of black metal, but less folky and with more emphasis on the guitar melodies. The result is both epic and really beautiful. Peter Rabbit

I'd say Havukruunu is the inheritor of Quorthon and Bathory. Male choirs, vikingesque themes and tales of Finnish paganism from the happier times before our ancestors were made to convert or die by sword of blooded cross. These songs bring a tear into my eye when I think my ancestors being forced to kneel in front of a murderer. Peikonmieli
